STEEL - THE FIRST STEP TO QUALITY
The mold life will be directly impacted by the hardness of the steel used. We get steel from well-known companies throughout the world, such as LKM, ASSAB, and Gröditz, to ensure that all FOW molds adhere to the FOW standard. However, we go above and beyond that. We demand that fresh steel be examined using a spectrograph each time it is received in order to guarantee the highest mold quality and longest possible mold life.
SOLID ACCURACY IN EVERY MOLD
We use four High-Speed CNC machines imported from Japan, with a maximum operating range of 1530*1095*710 mm and tolerances of 0.005 mm, to guarantee the correctness of our molds.
QUALITY ARE ACTUALLY ASSURED.
Dimensions are checked at every stage of the mold-making process using a CMM coordinate measuring equipment. Only after every part’s dimensions are verified will it move on to the next stage.
